Ponroy Santé merges with Aragan and becomes a natural health leader in France

The Group consolidates its medical position with the acquisition of Densmore, a brand specialised in ophthalmology and gynaecology with a dedicated team of medical sales representatives.

The Group is restructured around its strategic brands with an emphasis on the consumer and the patient as well as the role of natural health

This year marks a turning point for the Group: a new name, Havea, new values and a corporate culture fusing two complementary visions
Biolane consolidates its presence in medical channels with the launch of a pharmacy range
Havea extends its Italian geographic footprint with the acquisition of Dermovitamina which completes the existing Italian platform (Vitavea)

Aragan expands internationally in Belgium with the acquisition of ixX pharma
Biolane enters a new market with the launch of a premium range of natural nappies

Calmosine, the iconic pharmacy brand for newborns, joins the Biolane brand
A number of historic brands are grouped and merged under the Vitavea banner: Vitarmonyl, Nutrisanté, Manhaé, Force G and Yves Ponroy
2022
Bears with Benefits joins the Group, making it the European leader with the acquisition of extensive digital expertise and a D2D model
Through a partnership with prescribing doctors, Densmore acquires patient expertise and develops a new user experience and related services on its website
