The Havea UES has published its 2024 Gender Equality Index based on the year 2023: 90 /100.

This index considers 5 indicators which are compulsory under the “Freedom to choose one’s professional future” bill:

Pay gap

Individual rise distribution gap

Promotion distribution gap

% employees with a rise on their return from maternity leave

Number of women and men in the ten highest-paid positions.

These results underline the Group’s ambitious and pro-active process and the participation of our teams in rising to this corporate challenge.
